I initially added the blog service, but they messed that up so bad, and then couldn't fix it, they finally had to remove the service from my account. I alerted them on multiple occasions that I was not getting the new patients they advertised, and they gave me the same speech about "The long game and how it takes time, but most people see it in 4-6 months." They had no answers but wait or spend money on more services. We deliver measurable improvements to enhance patient engagement, streamline your front office, and grow your practice.Bring more new patients in the door each month." I paid them $2000 for a website and online profiles to build my reputation, then a monthly fee for their services. "PatientPop offers the most complete medical practice management and healthcare marketing platform. They promise a custom website and SEO optimization. Like so many others on this page, I was taken in by a stellar sales pitch. I am asking in the most respectful way so I can move forward with focusing on necessary financial obligations and eliminate expenses that are not needed at this time.ĭue to the account being non responsive to our outreach attempts and also having an outstanding balance we will move forward with the cancelation of the account. I don't feel as though I have to be forced to pay for a service I no longer want nor need at this time. I do not have a current job which affects my ability to pay for services that are not necessary. I do not desire to resolution this compliant by continuing services at this company. We are emailing them asking to schedule a call so we can resolve the issue. We are attempting to work with the customer on a possible solution for her request. I never received services from them and I just want to cancel my agreement. They never answer the phone nor answer emails which is considered bad business. I do not want to continue services with them. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) In section 3 in the Terms and Conditions section it states "By signing this agreement, you are consenting to start your subscription 30 Days from your contract signature date." We have reached out to the account to discuss options for next steps as we would like to continue working with them.Īttached is the signed order form. On 11/15 and 11/17 the account reached out to cancel.

For this account we agreed to start invoicing 45 days after signing. Per our Terms of service agreement invoicing does start 30 days after the agreement has been signed. We reached out on 10/21 and 10/26 to reschedule. We had our kickoff meeting scheduled for 10/17. A follow up letter was sent the next month to which PatientPop again did not respond.Īccount signed the agreement on 9/30. Patientpop never responded to this letter and continued to try to bill my business. On or about 11/15/22 my attorney sent an official notice demanding the agreement be terminated for cause. This was unsatisfactory to me as I no longer trusted Patientpop to deliver the quality marketing services it had promised. On October 25, 2022, I spoke with the Customer Experience Manager, who offered to reduce the term of the agreement to 6 months and waive 2 of those months. There was a clear impression that my Marketing Agreement was being terminated as directed. This individual also advised me to schedule a meeting for "offboarding". The implementation manager followed up that conversation with an email confirming that PatientPop would be "taking down" the website and that the "domain team" would have the website "removed". As such, on 10/07/22, I advised my PatientPop Implementation Manager that I would be terminating the Marketing Agreement. It became clear that PatientPop was either unwilling or unable to provide the level of service and support agreed upon and necessary for me to successfully market my new practice. Despite this error, PatientPop published the website to my domain name. It was evident that this was a template from another medical practice other than my own as I run a ************* clinic. When the website was finally delivered, it referenced an Orthopedic Practice. While I awaited for completion of the website, I received nothing but excuses and last minute requests to reschedule meetings that would show the lack of progress on the website. Though PatientPop represented that it would deliver the contemplated website within 2-4 weeks, the website was not delivered until 2 months later.

PATIENTPOP NAMELY SOFTWARE

On or about 08/10/22, I entered into an agreement with PatientPop, whereby they were to provide a variety of website and marketing software services in support of my medical practice.
